The EUT-1001 is a high-sensitivity, high-resolution, wide-bandwidth ultrasonic flaw detector designed to meet diverse inspection requirements across industrial materials and components. High penetration, strong emission and high narrowband sensitivity deliver detection capability in large, thick parts such as heavy forgings, castings and composite materials. For applications demanding higher resolution, wideband operation with narrow-pulse probes enables microcrack detection. With a transmission pulse up to 400 V, rise time ≤ 15 ns, a 0.2–25 MHz receiver and an inspection range up to 15 m, it covers everything from large forgings and rotors to aerospace and automotive components, including composites and bonded structures. It provides B-scan, C-scan and TOFD imaging, dynamic waveform replay, and reporting in PDF, Excel and Word with data transfer over USB, Ethernet or WiFi.
